Marsh Landing Country Club

Marsh Landing Country Club, situated along the marshes of the Intracoastal waterway in Ponte Vedra Beach, is approximately fifteen miles from Jacksonville, Florida, and just a few miles from the Atlantic beaches of northeast Florida. Its sister community, Sawgrass Players Club, is home to the Tournament Players Club, where the famous "5th major" golf tournament, The Players, is held each May. Ed Seay, Arnold Palmer’s design partner, designed Marsh Landing's 6,841 yard, par 72 golf course which meanders through areas of Intracoastal marshes and towering pines. The setting provides a home to an extraordinary array of wildlife and a unique year-round golf experience.

Marsh Landing was developed with concern for nature and the environment being an important factor in the planning and building of the community.  Many home sites, with prices ranging from the $400's to over $5 million, are built along the 18-hole golf course, as well as along the Intracoastal, affording breathtaking views of sunsets over the marshes. Found Forest and Swift Creek are new neighborhoods in Marsh Landing. Found Forest has a number of lots available to be built on a very heavily wooded site of over 100 acres behind the Marsh Landing gates. These home sites are the largest lots ever developed in the Ponte Vedra Beach area, ranging in size from 2 acres to 10 acres.

The Marsh Landing community is home to many young families, drawn to Ponte Vedra Beach for its excellent school system and relaxed quality of life. It is also home to many long-term residents, a number of whom choose to live in Ponte Vedra even though they commute to other cities for business purposes. With an emphasis on family, health, and dining the Marsh Landing Country Club features lifestyle amenities including a clubhouse, a junior Olympic-sized pool, fitness center with certified personal Trainers, 10 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, eight of which are lit, a professional tennis staff, and summer camp activities for the communities younger residents.
